2. Research Use Only - Critical Disclaimer

2.1. Customer Obligations

By purchasing from Peptiqa Biotech, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing peptides for in vitro research only
• Products are NOT for human or animal consumption
• Products are NOT medical devices, drugs, or supplements
• You possess appropriate qualifications, facilities, and licenses for handling research chemicals
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding import, storage, and use
• You assume full responsibility for legal compliance in your country/region

2.2. Prohibited Uses

Products may NOT be used for:

• Human consumption or administration
• Animal testing without proper ethical approval
• Clinical trials without regulatory authorization
• Manufacturing supplements or pharmaceuticals without licenses
• Any illegal purpose under Slovenian or your local law

2.3. Liability Disclaimer

PEPTIQA BIOTECH DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for any misuse of products, adverse health effects, legal violations, or damages arising from improper use. The customer assumes 100% of risk and legal responsibility.

3. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

6.2. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery
• Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
• Customized or personalized products

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIQA BIOTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from product misuse
• Legal violations arising from improper use or import of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
